This goes back to stop blaming others for your unhappiness. Taking responsibility for your current situation, taking charge of your life finally, stop bitching, and do something about it. I just recently posted Why ask why?, going in on a thought of why am I here, in this ditch. Why is not the real question; it's How. How can I find a solution, how can I change it. Finding a solution, instead of just staying in the same situation and getting the same outcome. I stepped out of my comfort zone. It's hard, but I just keep reminding myself what I want and why.
They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit, and half the time we tend to nix the idea with our emergency brake. So, I challenge myself for the next 21 days to pick one new trait, which would be, Getting up instead of going back to sleep in the morning. Get on a health kick and exercise.
